All shipped orders must be pre-paid by Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, American    Express or Discover or by check or money order drawn on U.S. banks.    Institutional customers inquire about billing. All books are subject to prior sale. Unless otherwise stipulated in the Books for Sale section, shipping charges    per order for shipping within the U.S. are $5.00 for the first book and $2.50    for each additional book. Shipping will be by U.S. Post Office media mail.    Insurance is included. Contact us in advance for within the U.S. shipping rates, if you wish for your    purchase to be sent by Priority Mail, Express Mail, UPS, Fedex or by any    method other than by U.S. Post Office media mail. Contact us in advance for outside the United States shipping rates. Applicable state sales tax will be added to Michigan purchases. All items are guaranteed to be as described. Any purchased items may be    returned to us for refund, however, if they are returned within ten (10) days    following the date of delivery and if they are returned in the same condition    as originally shipped by us. Prior notification to us of any items being    returned is requested. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense.
